This is just for playing DDR on the PS1 with specific bindings for the keyboard. If playing with a USB controller, the regular control bindings still stand. This is of my own suggestion and you can play whatever the hell you want, however you want. :)
I use this simply because it's easy to use, easy to find settings, and you can set BIOS for all regions at once, which is helpful because with DDR, you'll be changing between regions a lot.
There are lots of other BIOS for each region you can choose from here. I just picked some easy ones.
