Background
Björk Guðmundsdóttir was born on the 21st of November 1965 in Reykjavik, Iceland. She started singing at a young age, released her first album at the age of 11. She went on to be in other bands such as Kukl and The Sugarcubes before starting her solo career. Björk is known for her strange and outlandish style of music that can be seen as art rather than music. She continues make music today due to massive support for her work. Björk is often called adorable for her way of speaking, and it's very prevalent when she does interviews, because she loves answering questions in strange ways. Just find any Björk interview and you'll see what I mean, not to mention the video where she talks about her TV.

Thoughts
I love Björk just because of how passionate she is about about her work, she may be weird, but that's what makes her special. She likes to say she didn't make it as a pop star and that's why she turned to doing weirder things from Homogenic onwards, but I think Björk has done way more than what she could've done as a pop star. Also, I think it says a lot about the music industry when Björk has so many amazing songs, and her most popular one is It's Oh So Quiet, which isn't even her own song.
